This role manages training logistics, CPE and license credit administration, and learning content within the LMS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless learner experience in a public accounting environment.\n\nPartnering with senior leadership, internal teams, and external vendors, the Coordinator supports training communications, reporting, audits, and needs assessments to help deliver high-quality, compliant learning programs that support BPM professionals across the firm.\nYou Will:\nServe as a Learning & Development ambassador to advocate for the value and continued growth of learning initiatives within the firm.\nMaintain and audit all CPE/license credits for each class offered from the LMS or externally.\nLaunch class invitations from LMS when applicable.\nLead all logistics for training programs, including but not limited to training communications, ordering, supplies, print materials, shipping, expense report allocations and coordinating with internal teams on execution of logistics.\nManage learning content and course/program completions via the LMS including course descriptions, reporting, completions, registrations and cancellations.\nManage learning content vendor relationships and contracts\nResponsible for coordinating all firm training audits and reviewing appropriate documentation in advance of the audit.\nCollaborate with senior leadership to create and conduct surveys designed to identify specific training needs within the firm.\nManage communications and logistics of our shared email inbox and approval process\nAny other duties assigned by the Senior Manager of Learning, Development & Engagement.\nYou Have:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources training or operations role.\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.\nWorking knowledge of a Learning Management Systems (LMS), LCVista preferred.\nExperience with training curriculum creation and participant tracking.\nWorking knowledge of Project Management Software, Monday.com preferred\nExperience managing vendor relationships\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nA proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset\nWillingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends to support learning and development events\n$70,000 - $81,000\nThe salary range provided is intended for candidates in the Santa Monica Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.
