This will include:\r\nImplementing end to end process automation using Appian and other intelligent automation technologies\r\nPerforming code reviews for Appian developers\r\nConducting root cause analysis for Appian outages\r\nRestoring Appian services in the event of an outage\r\nDeveloping Appian based solutions using all object types available in Appian.\r\nIntegrating with external applications using REST and SOAP based APIs.\r\nDeveloping Appian plugins (Java)\r\nUpdating Appian plugins for security vulnerabilities\r\nReviewing Application performance and suggest improvements\r\nReviewing Environment performance, provide recommendations on sizing, and identify resource needs prior to bottlenecks\r\nRequired technical and professional expertise\r\nAppian Certified Senior Developer with 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience in senior/lead roles supporting production applications.\r\n1+ years of experience developing Appian plugins and 1 year managing an on-premise Appian production environment.\r\n2+ years of experience configuring and debugging Appian interfaces, reports, underlying logic, and system integrations.\r\n2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting supporting large-scale, business-critical systems.\r\n2+ years of experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST APIs, with strong understanding of broader technology ecosystems and Agile SDLC practices (3+ years).\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.\r\nPreferred technical and professional experience\r\nFederal & Technical Architecture Experience: 2+ years supporting software development projects in a Federal government environment, with experience defining and documenting architectures across multiple architectural views.\r\nTechnical Development & Infrastructure: 1 year of Java experience, familiarity with Appian for Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, cloud resource management, and application performance optimization.\r\nProfessional & Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and technical abilities paired with excellent written/verbal communication and collaborative teamwork/facilitation skills.\r\nIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
