HR Officer (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description This is a remote, part-time entry-level position for an HR Officer. The HR Officer will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, facilitate employee relations, support the creation and updating of job descriptions, and ensure compliance with internal HR standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting in general HR management tasks and maintaining clear communication with team members. Qualifications Knowledge of HR Management principles and practicesUnderstanding of HR Policies and compliance requirementsSkills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environmentProficiency in Job Description Development and documentationStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with HR software or tools is a plusDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
