This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to follow standardized procedures for data validation and documentation. This position may also require you to conduct OSINT research using approved databases and enter the relative data into a government database.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across designated systems and databases while ensuring data integrity, consistency, and securityPerforms routine data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintains organized records and adheres to standard operating proceduresConduct OSINT research using approved tools, databases, and publicly available sources to collect relevant informationSupports reporting requirements by retrieving and compiling data as needed, ensures timely completion of data related tasksAnalyze and verify collected data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to entryUpload data, reports, and supporting documentation into a government-managed portal in accordance with established guidelinesMaintain organized digital records, ensuring proper naming conventions, categorization, and traceabilityPerform routine quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies or errorsAdhere to all data security, privacy, and compliance protocols when handling sensitive or classified informationCollaborate with analysts, supervisors, or other stakeholders to clarify data requirements or resolve inconsistenciesGenerate basic reports or summaries based on entered data as requestedStay up to date on OSINT tools, data entry systems, and evolving procedural requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required2 years’ experience in data entry, administrative support, or research-related rolesFamiliarity with OSINT methodologies and tools is highly desirableStrong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based database systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in repetitive tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Current government clearancePrior experience working with government databases or secure data environmentsUnderstanding of data validation techniques and quality assurance processesExperience handling sensitive or confidential informationWork Environment & Conditions:RemoteMay require extended periods of computer use and repetitive data entry tasksAdherence to strict security and confidentiality protocols is mandatoryKey Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailInformation integrity and accountabilityTime management and productivityAnalytical thinking (basic data validation)Confidentiality and professionalismSecurity Requirements:Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearanceCompliance with all relevant data protection and information security policiesReporting Structure:Reports to OSINT Program ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeWork Location: RemoteBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceApplication Question(s):This position requires U.S. citizenship.
