This role offers opportunities to contribute to innovative, high-impact projects with growth potential and a competitive compensation package that includes a performance bonus.\nPosition Overview The Injection Molding Process Engineer is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality injection molded products. This role is essential in supporting production efficiency, quality, and innovation across manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities Lead and coordinate molding efforts for new product launches and ongoing production support\nDevelop, assess, and document new and existing injection molding processes\nIdentify and implement improvements in product quality, productivity, and overall equipment efficiency\nProvide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel\nTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield, throughput, and part quality\nCollaborate with vendors to address machine and material performance issues\nMonitor mold performance and recommend repairs or refurbishment as needed\nQualifications B.S. degree in Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field\nStrong background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, and quality systems\nRJG Master Molder certification is a plus, but not required\nWhat to Expect Next Once you apply, our recruiting team will review your background and experience.
