If you're passionate about turning data into insights and enabling smarter decisions in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining data models, pipelines and reporting structures that empower insight-driven decision-making across the enterprise.\n\nReporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics you will:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams and uncover trends\nDevelop transformation logic and craft compelling data stories that make raw data meaningful and actionable.\nWork on cutting-edge automotive innovation and digital transformation projects\nData Democratization related activities to drive data driven decisions\nDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau and PowerApps\nDevelop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME or similar data analytics tools\nAnalyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales and digital product teams\nPrepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiatives\nClean, validate and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats\nPerform data profiling and recommend quality rules to enhance trust and usability\nEnsure consistency in data processes and champion best practices in data analytics\nDocument processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiatives\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelors Degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience.
