Maintain an understanding of operations to identify data sources by owner, as well as presentation needs.\nAdditional responsibilities may include:\nProgram and Project Management\nSupport program and project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting using scope, schedule, and cost management tools.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with FAA requirements.\nTrack and report risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.\nPrepare executive-level project briefings, decision memos, and reports that clearly communicate program status, risks, and recommendations.\nTechnical Writing and Executive Briefings\nDevelop, review, and edit technical documentation, project reports, and executive correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.\nCreate high-quality executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership, including complex data reporting.\nMaintain consistency of style and messaging across all program and project deliverables.\nData Analysis and Metrics\nBasic Qualifications:\nBA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Will consider equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.\nAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.\nProficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, and Power Automate to design dashboards, automate workflows, and present analytical data.\nDemonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical monitoring and reporting.\nStrong Technical Writing skills, with ability to draft clear, concise and accurate reports and presentations.\nProven ability to produce and communicate high quality Executive presentations and communications, including drafting reports, memos, or responses for senior leadership and external stakeholders.\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\nAble to provide data efficiently and effectively to stakeholders with high quality and integrity.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.\nExperience with Microsoft Office.\nOptimistic attitude, poise, and team player.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with federal HR management and compliance frameworks, including OPM.
