Responsibilities include overseeing floor operations, maintaining sanitation standards, and completing administrative tasks in alignment with company policies. The Dining Room Supervisor leads by example—coaching and developing team members, providing clear direction, and consistently reinforcing Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza’s standards, values, and guest-first culture.\n\nWhat it Takes to be a Part of the Team...\n\nOversee daily Front of House operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction\n\nLead and support team members during shifts, including scheduling, guest interaction, and shift planning\n\nIdentify opportunities to increase sales and manage costs effectively\n\nOpen and close the restaurant in accordance with company procedures\n\nHandle financial tasks such as cash handling and inventory management\n\nDemonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills\n\nQualifications\n\nHave a proven drive for quality guest service in the Restaurant Industry.\n\nProblem solve and handle high stress situations in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHave motivation with strong interpersonal, organizational, time management skills.\n\nHave excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHave strong leadership and assessment skills.\n\nBe willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.\n\nHave or obtain ServSafe Manager’s Certificate.\n\nPrior experience as a general manager, manager, assistant manager, supervisor, shift lead positions are desirable.\n\nWe offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment.
