days)\r\nClient: Hexaware/ AWAC\r\nJob Description\r\nA Workday Integration Consultant with Studio experience is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting integrations between Workday and various third-party systems, with a strong emphasis on complex integrations built using Workday Studio .\r\nThis role requires a blend of functional Workday knowledge, technical integration skills, and strong client-facing consulting abilities.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nIntegration Design and Development\r\nDesign, build, and support testing of the Workday integration codebase, utilizing tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and Core Connectors.\r\nDevelop complex custom integrations using Workday Studio for scenarios where EIBs or Core Connectors are insufficient, often involving XSLT (XML transformation), XML, and occasionally Java for data manipulation and logic.\r\nExpertly utilize Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) to facilitate seamless data exchange with external systems.\r\nConsulting and Requirements Gathering\r\nCollaborate with clients and functional teams to gather, understand, and analyze detailed business requirements for integrations.\r\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients on Workday integration best practices, architecture, and security.\r\nIdentify, assess, and solve complex business problems related to integrating Workday with external applications, covering a range of areas like HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.\r\nTesting and Support\r\nOversee and execute comprehensive integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure a smooth transition to go-live.\r\nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance.\r\nDocumentation and Compliance\r\nCreate technical design documents for inbound and outbound integrations.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations.\r\nRequired Skills And Qualifications\r\nWorkday Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.\r\nTechnical Proficiency: Strong understanding and application of modern integration technologies like XML, XSLT, MVEL, and APIs.\r\nWorkday Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes (especially HR and/or Finance), and data structures.\r\nConsulting Skills: Proven ability to work in a client-facing role, managing project deliverables, escalating risks, and setting strategic direction.\r\nProblem-Solving: Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.\r\nCertifications: Workday Integration certification, often with a preference for
