This is a client-facing leadership role that requires exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for the aesthetic industry, and the ability to drive both service and retail excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first and lasting point of contact for all clients, delivering a consistently warm, polished, and professional experienceManage all aspects of appointment scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up for facial treatments, skin care services, and injectable consultationsHandle multi-line phone communications with professionalism and efficiency, converting inquiries into booked consultationsAccurately process point-of-sale transactions, client records, and gift certificate salesMaintain the reception area and retail boutique to the highest standards of presentation at all timesClient Education & SalesDevelop and maintain thorough knowledge of all services offered, including facial treatments, advanced skin care protocols, and aesthetic injectablesConfidently present service offerings, membership programs, and retail skincare products tailored to each client's needs and goalsMeet and support individual and team sales performance benchmarksOperations & Team SupportCoordinate clinical staff scheduling and workflow to ensure seamless, on-time service deliveryAssist with inventory management, product stocking, and boutique organizationParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education initiativesSupport the planning and execution of in-office events, promotions, and community marketing effortsAssist in onboarding and mentoring new front desk team membersQualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical spa, luxury spa, or upscale hospitality or retail environment (required)Familiarity with aesthetic injectable services and terminology — fillers, neuromodulators, and biostimulators (strongly preferred)Demonstrated experience in client-facing sales and service rolesProficiency with appointment scheduling and practice management softwareKnowledge of professional-grade skincare lines (a plus)Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalentFlexibility to work Saturdays as part of a regular scheduleProfessional AttributesThe ideal candidate presents with a polished, professional appearance and embodies the standards of a high-end aesthetic practice.
