Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at Langley Childrens Center Inc, located in McLean, VA. Responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities, and fostering a positive learning environment for all students. The Teacher will also communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members to support developmental and educational goals. Additionally, the role involves ongoing participation in training sessions to enhance teaching practices and professional growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education to develop and execute structured learning objectives.Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Experience in Teaching and Training, with the ability to engage students and adapt approaches as needed.Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or a related field are preferred.Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies is a plus.Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to professional development.
