Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.\n\nNature Of Duties/Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and implement tooling, process, product documentation/process instructions required for the System Integration in the fast pace environment.\n\nDevelop Manufacturing Process Instructions with sufficient details to support repeatable and consistent manufacturing process and train personnel responsible for product integration.\n\nCoordinate DOEs, PFMEAs, time study, and other process improvement related projects, and write reports.\n\nIn concert with quality organization, ensures that customer requirements are implemented and met.\n\nConfigure BOM's/routings in accordance with the product structure and submit/approve through the ECO in Agile system.\n\nProvide DFA/DFM feedback to customers and post build reports.\n\nDesign the system integration line layout and equip line with required tooling and fixtures. Support new product introduction.\n\nEducation And Experience\n\nBS Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with minimum 2+ years experience supporting system integration or equivalent\n\nThe position requires working knowledge of AutoCad, SolidWorks, GD&T\n\nAbility to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.\n\nMust be detail oriented, team player, flexible and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills are required\n\nCandidates must be able to adapt quickly to changes, prioritize and execute multiple tasks in the fast pace environment.\n\nFamiliar with Lean initiative. Lean Six Sigma certification and/or training desired.\n\nFamiliar with the following industry standards: ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ANSI J STD 001, ANSI ESD 20/20.\n\nSanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer\n\nSalary Range(annual): $85,000 - $109,000\n\nActual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
