You'll oversee daily operations, staffing, safety, and staff development to ensure exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:Assessing and providing appropriate staffing based on departmental demand using tools to measure, track, and report processesPrioritizing employee safety and ensuring compliance with OSHA, Infection Control, and Environment of Care standardsManaging hiring processes, ensuring timely interviews and candidate selectionProviding timely feedback to new hires through 90-day evaluations and completing annual performance reviewsAssessing staff educational needs and developing structures to enhance knowledge, skills, and competenciesPracticing nursing according to established standards and modeling St. Mary's mission, vision, and values in all interactionsThis role blends clinical expertise, operational leadership, and a commitment to staff development to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.St. Mary's provides a supportive environment where imaging professionals can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact.
