What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Broker with MVRG, you will:
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, inspections, and closing
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication
Market listings using MLS, digital platforms, and approved advertising channels
Stay compliant with Washington State real estate laws and MLS rules
Collaborate with fellow brokers and the designated broker as needed
What We’re Looking For
Active Washington State Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and people skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Self-motivated with a desire to grow
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and follow brokerage policies
New brokers and experienced brokers are welcome
