Administrative Associate The Colorado Lawyers Committee, a 48-year-old nonprofit organization dedicated to pro bono legal advocacy, seeks a detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Associate to support operations, programs, and communications. This full-time role is ideal for someone comfortable working across digital platforms, including volunteer management systems, databases, and web tools. We are a very small office with 4 full-time employees, 2 part-time employees and a rotation of interns.Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations SupportManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics using Microsoft Outlook and ZoomPrepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointSupport internal workflow organization using shared drives (SharePoint/OneDrive) and collaborative toolsProvide general administrative support, including document management and office coordinationDatabase ManagementHelp administer and maintain CLC's GivePulse platform, including:Creating and managing volunteer opportunities, events, and projectsTracking volunteer participation and engagement metricsRunning reports and exporting data for internal useEnsure data accuracy and consistency across GivePulse and internal databasesSupport integration of volunteer data into broader organizational systems and reportingWebsite & Digital Content MaintenanceUpdate website content, including program pages, event listings, and resourcesCoordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate digital communicationsTroubleshoot minor website or platform issuesProgram & Event SupportProvide administrative and technical support for programs, clinics, and trainingsCoordinate event logistics including registration, tracking, and follow-upSupport virtual and in-person eventsCommunications SupportDraft and format newsletters, announcements, and email communications using Microsoft Outlook and related toolsAssist with managing contact lists and distribution groupsQualifications Required3-5 years of administrative operations, and program support experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's DegreeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)Experience working with database management platformsHigh level of organization and attention to detail, especially with data managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a hybrid environmentPreferredDirect experience with GivePulse or similar volunteer management systemFamiliarity with website content management systems (e.g., Squarespace)Experience in a nonprofit, legal, or volunteer-driven environmentWork Environment & Schedule 40 hours/weekEmployee must be based in the Denver metro areaOccasional evening hours may be required for events or trainingsCompensation & Benefits Salary: $48,000/yearBenefits include a healthcare stipend, unlimited paid time off, paid parking in downtown Denver, and 2% employer match on 403(b) contribution (if participating)
