August 21, 2026Monday - FridayHours Vary - Work up to 29 hours per week. (7:00 am - 5:30 pm)Job Type: SeasonalObjective: Summer Day Camp Staff provide a safe and fun atmosphere where children can make new friends, learn new skills, and enjoy being outside.Job Duties: Provides positive leadership and guidance to children in their camp groups.Participates in the duties of weekly themed activities, swimming, field trips, and indoor/outdoor supervision.Takes responsibility for maintaining discipline in assigned groups.Applies basic youth development principles in working with campers through communication, relationship development, respect for diversity, involvement, and empowerment of youth.Implements safety guidelines and assures campers are properly and always supervised.Works with co-counselor to be responsible for a group of 8 to 16 campers throughout the day.Requirements:Previous experience working with children.Must be 17 years or older.Questions: Contact Amanda Mathson, School Age Child Care Coordinator, at amanda.mathson@rrps.org.ISD 2909 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
