This role ensures learning solutions are performance‑based, scalable, and aligned with real‑world job demands, safety expectations, and business outcomes.What You Will DoLead end‑to‑end curriculum design, including job task analysis, competency mapping, development, implementation, and continuous improvementDesign integrated learning solutions across instructor‑led, digital, simulation, laboratory, and field‑based environmentsApply adult learning theory and competency‑based design to ensure measurable job performance and safety outcomesPartner with subject matter experts and operational leaders to translate technical work into scalable learning solutionsLeverage technical training facilities, simulators, and hands‑on environments to support authentic skill developmentEstablish and use evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvementEnsure instructional quality, rigor, and alignment with operational, regulatory, and business requirementsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to instructional designers and training developers.
