Working alongside project management and other team members, you will:\nSupport Project Manager in coordinating documentation for all project phases: preconstruction, construction, and closeout.\nMaintain construction documentation, including logs, reports, directories, and city/code-required documents.\nAssist in ensuring construction work complies with contract requirements and project schedules, report field issues to the Project Manager or Superintendent.\nUpdate and distribute project schedules to subcontractors and project teams.\nSchedule and meet with inspectors.\nProcess RFIs, change orders, and submittals.\nCommunicate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.\nAssist in reviewing plans and specifications to develop subcontractor scopes and identify constructability issues.\nCoordinate bid documents and subcontractor bid invitations.\nAssist with estimating and reviewing subcontractor proposals.\nCoordinate closeout documentation and as-built drawings at project completion.\nPerform duties both onsite and in the office.\nThis position has room for growth and is ideal for someone interested in expanding their career in construction project management.\nThis position has room for growth and is ideal for someone interested in expanding their career in construction project management.\n\nWhat’s Required by You\nA minimum of three years of relevant experience.
