Human Resources Coordinator
Graham Healthcare Group is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team! The Human Resources Coordinator will aid and facilitate human resource processes and provide administrative support to HR leadership, including record keeping, file maintenance, onboarding, tracking of electronic education requirements, and database management. This position will be in our Troy, MI office location.Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 The base compensation range for this role is fixed, with a maximum cap of $24.00.Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, hybrid after 90 daysMedical Benefits: Health, Vision, & DentalRetirement: 401K & Pension w/ 4% Company ContributionPTO: 15 Days Human Resources Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Cross-vide customer service by answering employee requests and questionsGreet guests and open the secured door to employees and visitorsMaintain employee filesMake photocopies, fax documents, and perform other clerical functionsConduct audits of files and recommend corrective action plansProcess background check screening in accordance with accrediting bodies and federal and state guidelinesEnter/update renewable requirement information into HCHB and proactively obtain requirements from staff to ensure complianceCommunicate with the leadership team when employee renewal requirements are due (performance evaluations, TB tests, driver’s license, auto insurance, professional license, etc.)Manage the employee badge system to ensure proper access is given when issuing badges and removing access as neededAssist with new employee orientation and coordination of new-hire paperwork, including but not limited to I-9 verificationKeep the online training database up to dateProcess address changes and update HCHBProcess professional license applications for employees needing dual licensureProcess personnel change forms, prepare offer letters, and maintain the applicant tracking systemSource candidates for open positions and future candidate pools using social media and other sourcing strategiesAssist with Employee Relations issuesManage employee self-service (payroll) registrations and troubleshootingHandle the business card ordering process and the coordination of equipment returnUpdate and maintain the company photo rosterHuman Resources Coordinator Qualifications/Requirements: Associate degree, Bachelor’s preferredCross-trained in many functions within the Human Resources departmentWorking knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration preferredAble to maintain a high level of confidentialityExcellent customer service skillsAble to effectively manage concurrent demands and multitaskDetail orientedEffective verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skills - individual and groupStrong organization skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently and self-direct on a variety of projectsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of business informationGood judgment and decision-making skillsAbout Graham Healthcare Group:As an innovator in an evolving healthcare world, Graham Healthcare Group has been designing business and technology solutions to drive better care, outcomes, and productivity within its own home health and hospice companies for over 20 years.
