The Wire Technician is an entry level assembler position that performs tasks and functions related to the assembly of raw wire into a heating element. This is a 1st Shift Position 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, OT as needed on Friday.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nRead job specifications to produce wire according to documentation\nAdheres to company procedures and policies regarding personnel and quality issues.\nMaintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nRequirements/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing assembly environment doing repetitive work preferred\nMust have good dexterity and precision when required to work with extremely small and fragile items.\nBasic knowledge of the use of a multimeter and hand tools.\nSpecialized Knowledge or Abilities:\nLanguage- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate orally and in writing.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
