{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"8678fc3b93a11b4e54a9f6f9","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8678fc3b93a11b4e54a9f6f9","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8678fc3b93a11b4e54a9f6f9","title":"Network Program Manager","description":"Role: Network Program Manager (PM)\nCompany: Arch Systems\nClient: US Customs and Border Protection (CBP)\nLocation: Remote\nType: Full-time\nJob Description:\nThe Network Program Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the successful delivery of task order requirements throughout the period of performance, ensuring a high-quality customer experience for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).\nThe Network Program Manager will serve as the Contractor’s Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).\nThe Network Program Manger organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, and complex and inter-related project tasks.\nManages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.\nMaintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.\nMeets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.\nResponsible for Quality Management.\nEnsures conformance with program task schedules and costs.\nEstablishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.\nThe Network Program Manager highly desired qualifications are:\nRelevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP.\nBe proficient in project management and have knowledge of security and compliance issues.\nBachelor’s degree in related technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications.\nA minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions and multiple complex and inter-related projects for a large, complex Federal agency.\nScreening focus — what are we looking for:\nLed 24×7×365 multi-site network operations with measurable SLA/AQL improvements.\nHands-on with ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB) + network monitoring/performance stacks (NetScout, SolarWinds) and Cisco DNAC/Meraki/ISE, F5, Infoblox, Riverbed.\nGoverned SOPs/knowledge base, change control, CMDB accuracy, and daily/weekly/monthly metrics reporting.\nDemonstrated transition-in/out leadership and executive-facing stakeholder management (COR/Program office).\nCBP BI and/or Secret/TS clearance preferred.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nHealth insurance\nApplication Question(s):\nDo you have experience working with any Federal Agency or Government?
