Program Manager Contractor

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience to lead and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams. This role focuses on managing complex programs involving Salesforce implementations, integrations (MuleSoft), and cross-functional stakeholders.The ideal candidate brings a combination of program management expertise and functional Salesforce knowledge, with the ability to drive execution, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of business and technical initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projectsOversee execution of Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectivesCoordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration partnersManage program risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactivelyDrive communication across stakeholders and provide regular status reporting to leadershipEnsure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business expectationsSupport integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems (including MuleSoft)Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on architecture, integrations, and delivery milestonesRequired Skills & Experience6–9+ years of experience in Program Management / Project DeliveryStrong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (functional or program oversight level)Experience managing Salesforce-related programs or implementationsExperience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoftProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex environmentsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skillsExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsTechnical & Functional SkillsSalesforce Service Cloud (Intermediate to Advanced – functional understanding required)Program Management (Advanced)Integration / MuleSoft (Intermediate)Data and system integration conceptsPreferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce Data CloudExperience with Salesforce Marketing CloudExposure to enterprise integration patterns and API-based architecturesExperience supporting large-scale IT or digital transformation programs
