Through our community program \\\"SNIPES serves\\\" and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture.\r\nOverview:The 3rd key will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager including opening and closing procedures as well as other administrative tasks.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nAbility to demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions\r\nDemonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals\r\nAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with communicating the stores' operational goals and directives to maximize store teams' contributions towards meeting the sales plan\r\nEffectively set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner\r\nAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in directing and maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and current floor set\r\nAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in training and enforcing security policies and procedures\r\nEnsure safety of associates by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them to the Store/District Manager\r\nProperly process register functions and ensure, as directed, they are properly followed in the store\r\nAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in ensuring store meets Company standards for cleanliness, both on the sales floor and in the stockroom\r\nAssist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in communicating changes in store policies and procedures to staff, and ensure that changes are implemented correctly\r\nKey Partners:\r\nStore Management\r\nHuman Resources\r\nDistrict Manager\r\nAsset Protection\r\nQualifications:\r\nMust be at least 18 years of age\r\nRetail experience preferred\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\r\nStrong attention to detail\r\nCommunication and organizational skills\r\nStrong drive to achieve results\r\nTakes initiative and has problem solving skills\r\nCandidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.\r\nLifting between 15-30 pounds.\r\nSkills & Cultural Success Factors:\r\nEnthusiasm for the brand\r\nStrong customer service skills\r\nExcellent communication skills\r\nStrong problem solving skills\r\nTeam player with the ability to lead a team\r\nDisciplined and self-motivated\r\nGoal oriented\r\nAdaptable and flexible\r\nFast learner\r\nNote:\r\nJob descriptions are used for informational purposes only, are not to be considered all-inclusive of responsibilities within a position and may change periodically with or without notice.
