Programmer (Second Shift)","description":"Description Core Responsibilities:\r\nTo create and maintain all CMM programs for production parts, fixtures and tools.\r\nTo maintain quality system policies and procedures to meet ISO and customer requirements related to coordinate measuring systems.\r\nTo manage programming of the Keyence handheld CMM, create programs and provide training to all required employees.\r\nTo manage all programs on the blue light and provide training to all required employees.\r\nTo collaborate with engineering to develop custom fixtures and tool validation strategies.\r\nTo educate and assess each employee's ability to use inspection instruments.\r\nResponsible for maintaining safety standards and daily/weekly 6S assignments.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nMinimum of 5 years of a strong manufacturing background.\r\nMinimum of 2 years of CMM programming experience.\r\nFamiliar with measurement and test equipment operation and calibration in a manufacturing environment\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\r\nComputer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point, and Access\r\nCustomer relations and resolving issues in a timely manner\r\nCandidate must be able to work well in a team environment and work well across various departmental functions within the company.\r\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret aerospace engineering drawings, GD&T, procedures and standards and apply them.\r\nMust have excellent analytical, reasoning, problem solving and organizational skills.\r\nSuccessful
