We want folks who care about people and the work that they do.\r\nJob Qualifications\r\nMust be 16 years of age or older\r\nAbility to work a minimum of 9 hours per week\r\nBenefits\r\nFREE meals on the clock and 50% off meals off the clock\r\nTeam member recognition program\r\nTeam member referral bonus\r\nFlexible Hours\r\nResponsibilities\r\nZaxby's Front of House Development Plan\r\nHands-on stations training\r\nProvide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests\r\nPromptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave\r\nMaintain awareness of current promotions\r\nExplain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items\r\nEnthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brand\r\nAccurately complete orders and guest transactions\r\nEnter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system\r\nAccept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts\r\nHandle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment\r\nClean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior\r\nMaintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs\r\nStock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages\r\nKeep work areas clean and organized\r\nAccurately complete, package, and present guest orders\r\nOther work assigned\r\nCapabilities Requirement\r\nManage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.\r\nInventory management: the management of food costs.\r\nInsure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.\r\nHiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.\r\nInsure that daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards are balanced.\r\nOperate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goal.\r\nInsure that all product quality standards are met.\r\nCreate an environment of quality within your store.\r\nLead a team well and coach the performance of others.\r\nZaxby's is an American chain of fast casual restaurants offering chicken wings, chicken fingers, sandwiches, and salads.
