Your expertise will keep our systems running smoothly.Data Guru: Be the go-to person for ad-hoc reporting requests, turning data into actionable insights that drive our HR strategy.Project Maestro: Assist in implementing HRIS projects, from creating project plans to coordinating test plans and tracking milestones. Your organizational skills will shine!Tech Partner: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tech solutions that streamline and automate HR processes. Your ideas will shape the future of HR at BlueLinx.Problem Solver: Serve as the escalation point for system issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.Quality Champion: Conduct regular system audits to ensure data quality and integrity. Generate reports that highlight efficiencies and areas for improvement.Continuous Improver: Execute mass updates with precision, ensuring thorough validation before and after changes.Relationship Builder: Interact effectively with business leaders, team members, and staff at all levels to build and maintain positive relationships.HRIS Extraordinaire: Assist with other HRIS projects and initiatives, including M&A activities.What You’ll BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience: 3+ years of Dayforce / Ceridan HRIS, with a solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes.Skills: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a knack for solving problems creatively and critically. Experience with HR reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics is a plus!Attributes: Self-motivated, resourceful, and results oriented.
