Generate reports that highlight efficiencies and areas for improvement.Continuous Improver: Execute mass updates with precision, ensuring thorough validation before and after changes.Relationship Builder: Interact effectively with business leaders, team members, and staff at all levels to build and maintain positive relationships.HRIS Extraordinaire: Assist with other HRIS projects and initiatives, including M&A activities.What You’ll BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience: 3+ years of Dayforce / Ceridan HRIS, with a solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes.Skills: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a knack for solving problems creatively and critically. Experience with HR reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics is a plus!Attributes: Self-motivated, resourceful, and results oriented.
