Team Assembler

WorkSource is seeking a Team Assembler to prepare foam products for shipping while ensuring accurate quantities and correct order fulfillment. Key Duties:Follow production schedules and complete required paperworkOperate forklifts (inspect daily, transport materials, load/unload trucks)Move pallets and materials safelyLoad finished products (heavy lifting, stacking, using ladders)Label and check product qualityPackage materials for shipmentMaintain a clean, safe work area and follow proceduresPhysical Requirements:Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, and standingAbility to safely operate equipment with good vision, hearing, and reaction timeKnowledge, Skill and Abilities: Employee must successfully complete the forklift certification program to be eligible to operate the forklift. This consists of a driving evaluation, as well as a written test.
