This aspect to the role involved examining production schedules and deadlines and determining the best schedule employees and activity to complete jobs safely and efficiently. The CNC Supervisor may also provide direct, hands-on support in programming and overseeing CNC machine operation.\nOur Second Shift Supervisor hours are from 3:30pm to 12:30am Monday - Friday.\nOvertime and Weekend work may be requested or required at times, as job duties demand.\nJob Type: Full-time\n**Pay is based on experience, starting at $23/hr and up**\nJob Description:\nUnderstand organization flow chart within the company.\nProvide leadership for their assigned area while achieving maximum productivity.\nMaximize production of a quality product within company specifications, goals, and objectives.\nManage personnel and processes to insure compliance with all safety and environmental rules and regulations, as well as compliance with internal ATI practices.\nSupport all 6S and lean initiatives and ensure they followed through.\nReport any issues to the Plant Manager and/or Assistant Plant Manager.\nEnsure employees have proper training, tools, and materials that they need to carry out their duties.\nCommunicate with Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager and other Plant Supervisors to coordinate production schedules so that all products are produced in a timely manner.\nMonitor employee disciplinary notes, vacation requests, and self-reviews via an online server.\nConduct employee performance reviews within his/her department.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously.\nAssume responsibility for quality and productivity in his/her department.\nRequired Knowledge and Skills:\nKnowledge of resource allocation, leadership techniques, and production methods\nHave an understanding of how to work with a team.
