Youth Care Specialist - Crisis Starting pay at $20/hr +10% bilingual stipend Location: 4545 Dodge Street, Omaha, NE 68132 Shift: 6 - 2, 2 -10, 10 - 6 About CSI Our story begins in Omaha in 1892, when, due to epidemics, poverty and the difficulties of pioneer life, many children were left in need of parental care. As a Crisis Youth Care Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities will include supervising and implementing behavior management techniques and de-escalation by providing direct support, mentorship and supervision to the youth in the short-term Crisis Stabilization program. In short, our CSRS Youth Care Specialist serve as a vital advocate and support system for children and adolescents experience mental health crisis. Here’s who we are looking for… Someone who: Has a positive and reliable work ethic Holds experience working with children and families Demonstrates sound judgment and crisis management skills Builds effective, therapeutic relationships with youth Qualifications Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role?
