The Master Barber will provide high-quality barbering services, including haircutting, styling, and grooming tailored to client preferences. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment, creating a positive customer experience, and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional services to our clients. Booth Rental is $200 per weekTHIS IS NOT A SALARY POSITION QualificationsProficiency in Barbering techniques, including precision Hair Cutting and groomingExpertise in Hair Styling and Hair Care, with a focus on maintaining healthy hairKnowledge and certification in Cosmetology or Barbering practicesStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented and client-focused environmentCurrent barber license in the State of IllinoisPrior experience in a luxury or professional grooming setting is a plusThere is also a 60/40 split for customers we provide, who book through Next Man Up
