The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across various stakeholders including design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and network delivery.\r\nThis role is remote but will require about 25% travel.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAs a Technical Program Manager, you will:\r\n\r\n\r\nOwn end-to-end delivery of multiple data center infrastructure projects concurrently.\r\n\r\n\r\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.\r\n\r\n\r\nProject Management: Oversee all phases of build, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\r\n\r\n\r\nProject Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at reducing complexity and increasing speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects.\r\n\r\n\r\nStakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequired\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience working in a cloud infrastructure environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent internal platforms)\r\n\r\n\r\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions architecture, or related leadership roles\r\n\r\n\r\nProven program delivery experience in cloud infrastructure, database modernization, or large-scale enterprise migration projects\r\n\r\n\r\nCross-geography experience, coordinating globally distributed teams and stakeholders\r\n\r\n\r\nTechnical credibility: familiarity with Oracle Exadata, OCI, Autonomous DB, AWS, or hybrid cloud is highly desirable\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent communication skills, including delivering executive updates and leading workshops\r\n\r\n\r\nDisclaimer\r\nCertain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\r\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\r\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum.
