Senior Supply Chain Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of planning, forecasting, inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain performance for the North America Aftermarket business. This role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to drive disciplined execution across a high-performance supply chain organization.
The Senior Supply Chain Manager will lead all planning, SIOP, inventory management, logistics, customer service, and strategic supply chain operations while developing a culture of clarity, accountability, and operational excellence. This position oversees a team of supply chain professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives.
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
Evaluate current processes and drive cost reduction, improved reliability, and supply continuity.
2. Vendor & Supplier Management
Build strong supplier and vendor partnerships for consistent, cost-effective supply.
Negotiate supplier and logistics service agreements with a focus on service, cost, and performance.
Monitor supplier performance and escalate quality and delivery issues when necessary.
3. Inventory & Demand Planning
Lead forecasting, materials planning, and inventory strategy within the SIOP framework.
Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
Implement inventory optimization across multiple product categories.
4. Logistics, Distribution & 3PL Oversight
Oversee logistics operations ensuring on-time delivery across North America.
Manage 3PL partners with KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and monthly performance reviews.
Ensure control of delivery cost, inventory accuracy, returns, and service levels.
Monitor import/export processes and customs compliance.
5. Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Establish clear goals, delegate effectively, and promote accountability.
Provide supportive coaching during change and uncertainty.
6. KPI Performance & Reporting
Track and improve supply chain KPIs across service level, inventory, logistics, and planning accuracy.
Present performance trends, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
7. Technology, Systems & Tools
Manage ERP, TMS, and SIOP system utilization and improvements.
Recommend reporting and technology enhancements to improve visibility and accuracy.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Automotive Aftermarket experience is required.
Technical Skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Knowledge of ACES and PIES.
Experience with ERP and SIOP implementation or rollouts.
Strong technical understanding of Automotive Aftermarket products.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
