Role Description The Commercial Cleaner Subcontractor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across assigned client facilities. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleaning equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This is a contract role based on-site in Chesapeake, VA. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, sanitization, and general maintenance of commercial spacesEffective time management and organizational skills to complete cleaning tasks efficientlyAttention to detail to ensure a thorough and spotless cleaning processBasic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment operationAbility to comply with health and safety regulations and protocolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work well in client-facing environmentsReliable and punctual with the ability to work independentlyPhysical ability to handle manual cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periodsLocal to Chesapeake, VA, or willing to commute to the job site. Access to reliable transportation is preferred.
