QA Manager with Trading & Capital market Experience

Candidates must Build out a QA team to support the front, middle and back office systems as well as Identify and build a strategy for testing, test automation, defect tracking and integrated testing. Understand business requirements and define test strategies/plans for applications. Proficiency with scripting, Python, Java. CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE BEEN QA ENGINEERS AND EVOLVED INTO A MANAGER.Qualifications:10-12 years of experience in delivering large multifunctional projects.Extensive experience in designing and executing test cases for GUI testing, functionality, regression, and integration testing.Good understanding and analysis of business requirements and functional specifications.In-depth domain knowledge in capital markets and front office processes & systems.Ability to work with total commitment towards teamwork.Able to work independently with clients, BAs, and project teams spread across various locations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Experience:Experience working with Capital Markets products like Fixed Income, Equities, Structured Products –Derivatives, Repos, Securities Lending, Secondary Loan Trading spanning from Front office to Back office including Risk and Finance.QA coordinator with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement and management.Hands-on experience in test strategy, test planning, test estimation, test execution, and defect managementReach me out to Gracy.pandeeti@testingmavens.com.
