Marketing Director
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to support our PURALIMA and CRISP & GREEN brands! This individual will play a critical role in building and scaling our brands, driving best-in-class marketing campaigns, and delivering memorable experiences that connect with our guests.The Director will own the full marketing strategy for PURALIMA, ensuring the brand’s positioning, campaigns, and community activations ladder up to our long-term vision. For CRISP & GREEN, in partnership with the VP of Marketing, this individual will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, leading seamless execution across all teams—brand, creative, digital, social, and events—ensuring campaigns and experiences are consistent, high-quality, and impactful.This leader will also serve as a people manager, committed to growing and developing their team members, while guiding cross-functional projects with excellence. The Director will manage key external relationships, including our evergreen social media agency and local agencies supporting event activations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic LeadershipOwn and drive the full marketing strategy for PURALIMA, including positioning, campaign planning/execution, event organization/execution.Partner with the VP of Marketing to carry out the CRISP & GREEN brand vision and strategy, ensuring brand cohesion and excellence across verticalsCampaign & Experience ExecutionOversee execution across brand, creative, digital, social, and events teams, ensuring flawless rollout of campaigns and experiences.Lead cross-functional campaign planning and calendar alignment, ensuring initiatives are on time, on brand, and delivering measurable impact.Partner with operations, culinary, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing programs with business prioritiesTeam Management & DevelopmentProvide strong leadership and mentorship to direct reports, fostering growth, collaboration, and accountability.Cultivate a high-performing marketing team culture focused on creativity, innovation, and results.Agency OversightManage/support relationships with influencer, PR, event and content agencies, ensuring activations are premium, effective, and aligned with brand standards.Evaluate and onboard additional partners as needed to support campaign goals.Performance & InsightsDefine KPIs for campaigns and brand initiatives; track performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform strategy and creative direction.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in MarketingAt least 8 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in brand building and campaign leadership.Experience managing and growing high-performing teams.Proven ability to oversee integrated campaigns across multiple channels (brand, digital, social, events, PR).Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on ability to execute and problem-solve.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Experience managing agency relationships and budgets.Background in multi-unit retail, QSR, wellness, or hospitality industries preferred.
