RFMicro develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, millimeter/microwave integrated circuits, focal plane arrays, and modules for defense and commercial applications.\n\nThe individual in this role will serve as a process engineer within the Electron Beam Lithography Workcenter, which will focus primarily on supporting the production line through the operation and support of electron beam lithography tools. They will also support the ancillary E-Beam lithography processes such as resist coat and develop. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of electron beam lithography. They would also demonstrate the ability to analyze data and clearly communicate results with process and development engineers. Further, they would have experience leading or contributing to process improvement projects. The candidate will support the operational goals of the facility through ensuring sustained uptime and utilization of the electron beam tools.\n\nThe candidate should have a general understanding of the overall techniques involved in semiconductor wafer fabrication and integration, with some experience of analog device processing. Experience with statistical analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, R, etc. is preferred.\n\nThis position is 100% onsite and will be based in Andover, MA.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nSupporting the production line electron beam lithography write tools.\n\nCollaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to troubleshoot efforts with Ebeam processes.\n\nWorking with the E-Beam lead engineer to drive efforts to improve the performance and operational efficiency of the area.\n\nSupporting capital qualification efforts.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\n\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of prior work experience OR a STEM Master's and 5+ years experience related to electron beam lithography techniques such as gaussian beam write, resist coat and develop, and thermal evaporation.\n\nExperience troubleshooting production process equipment.\n\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
