Our strengths have always been Commitment to Customer, Commitment to Colleagues, and Commitment to Community (CTC).Key Responsibilities Shipping & ReceivingPerform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.Inspect received goods and report or reject damaged or non-conforming items.Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records and transaction documentation.Update inventory movements within ERP systems (SAP or similar).Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle-count activities.Packaging & DistributionPackage, label, and prepare products and materials for shipment.Process shipping documentation and maintain shipment records.Calculate shipping weights and charges as required.Warehouse OperationsReview customer orders and fulfill material requests accurately and on time.Stock, organize, and distribute materials within warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution environments.Manage warehouse storage locations and optimize space utilization.Equipment OperationSafely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.Move, load, and unload materials while following established safety procedures.Additional DutiesManage non-inventory items, including labeling, tracking, and updating holding lists.Coordinate scrap material handling and supplier pickups.Support special projects, storage requests, and crating activities for unique shipments.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Required Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or material handling environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar inventory management software.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, multiplication, and division.Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.Effective verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsForklift certification and/or previous forklift operating experience.Experience working in warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or manufacturing operations.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, climb, and work in varying positions throughout the shift.Capability to work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and cleanroom environments.Ability to walk extended distances and climb stairs during the workday.Manual dexterity and visual acuity, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.Work EnvironmentCleanroom, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and cleanroom garments.Occasional travel may be required for training, factory support, or customer site visits. Education:Associate (Preferred) Company DescriptionAbout company - Since its founded in 1996, CTC has grown into a trusted global partner in AI & ML, Enterprise Applications, Digital Services, Managed Services, and Business Services.
