This role requires deep expertise in GitLab administration, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD automation, and enterprise DevOps tooling within complex cloud and containerized environments.\r\nLocation: Dallas, TX (Onsite – 3 to 5 days per week required)\r\nDuration: 9 months\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAdminister and optimize enterprise GitLab environments and CI/CD pipelines\r\nConfigure and manage GitLab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scale\r\nImplement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible\r\nSupport GitOps practices and automate deployment workflows\r\nAdminister DevOps tools including Artifactory, Xray, and SonarQube\r\nHarden GitLab environments with SAML/SSO, LDAP, RBAC, backup, and recovery solutions\r\nSupport Kubernetes/OpenShift containerized environments\r\nIntegrate monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK\r\nCollaborate with engineering teams to implement CI/CD best practices\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform, pipeline, and migration-related issues\r\nParticipate in 24/7 on-call support rotation\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\r\n8+ years of administration experience supporting enterprise applications and DevOps platforms\r\nStrong expertise with GitLab administration and GitLab Self-Managed environments\r\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies\r\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift\r\nKnowledge of AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud platforms\r\nStrong understanding of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and SDLC methodologies\r\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows\r\nStrong scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills\r\nExperience with Agile development environments and enterprise DevOps practices\r\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nGitLab Certified Administrator certification\r\nExperience with build management, configuration management, and quality testing tools\r\nPrior experience supporting highly available enterprise DevOps environments\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred\r\nEquivalent work experience will also be considered\r\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.\r\nCTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.\r\nTo Apply\r\nTo be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
