These are temp to perm opportunities.1st shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm2nd shift schedule: Monday-Thursday 230pm-1amPay rate: 1st shift - $23-25 per hour, 2nd shift - $26-27 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesInterpretation: Read and decipher engineering schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs).Component Assembly: Align, fit, and secure parts together using hand tools, power tools, or hoists.Quality Assurance: Examine connections for correct fit, measure completed components, and test for proper functionality.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve assembly defects or malfunctions, notifying supervisors of persistent issues.Inventory & Maintenance: Maintain organized workspaces, track supply levels, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery.Essential QualificationsExperience: Previous manufacturing or production experience,Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and properly utilize torque wrenches, calipers, and other measurement tools.Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity and the physical ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods.If interested, apply here directly!
