Although the roleis remote, employees are expected to treat it as an on-site workday,remaining fully focused throughout their scheduled shift except forassigned breaks. This is not a flexible role that allows for managingpersonal or household tasks during work hours.***Were looking for friendly, customer-focused bilingual representatives tomake outbound calls to schedule medical appointments. This is a**remotecall-center role**supporting Medicare and Medicaid members.Job duties consist of meeting and exceeding daily appointment settinggoals.**What Youll Do** Make outbound calls using an auto-dialer Explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations Follow provided call scripts and answer member questions with care Meet daily call and appointment goals Update appointments and document interactions accurately Work respectfully with members, providers, and internal teams
