The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and integrating WMS solutions with enterprise systems and external automation vendors. This role requires a good understanding of logistics processes and the ability to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain WMS applications, preferably HighJump.\r\nIntegrate WMS with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and other enterprise applications.\r\nCollaborate with external vendors to integrate automation systems and ensure seamless data flow.\r\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\r\nOptimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.\r\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and third-party partners.\r\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system development.\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\r\nExperience in supply chain or distribution environments.\r\n5+ years of experience in WMS development (HighJump preferred).\r\nExperience integrating WMS with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).\r\nKnowledge of APIs and middleware for system integration.\r\nExperience working with automation systems and external vendors.\r\nProficiency in SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server).\r\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of cloud-based WMS/TMS solutions.\r\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\r\nFamiliarity with automated deployments (GitHub) and observability practices.\r\nBenefits Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits.
