Description: Colours Inc. is a progressive and quickly growing PPG Platinum Distributor. As a leader in the Automotive PB&E Industry we are looking for a Full-Time Counter Representative in our Hackensack, NJ location to join our TEAM. Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry is a strong plus but not required. Willing to train the right person. Must be: Dependable, Hard Working, Motivated, TEAM Player and a Self Starter. Some Job Duties include but not limited to: Answering Phones with the goal of exceptional customer service Processing Orders Mixing Paint Inventory Control/Including Stocking Shelves Checking in daily stock orders and processing discrepancies Maintaining, Cleaning and Organizing of store location Benefits Include: Great Hours No Nights or Weekends Paid Holidays and Vacation 401K Health Benefits Requirements: Must have positive attitude Be a team player Customer Service Skills Be able to multi task Willingness to gain knowledge of product lines Strong sense of customer service Automotive paint industry experience preferred but will consider other qualified applicants Excellent organizational and time management skills High school degree Lift up to 50lbs
