Director Accreditation (Joint Commission)

A well-established, not-for-profit, Magnet designated healthcare system in the Southeast US Region is seeking an experienced Director of Accreditation to lead Joint Commission readiness and regulatory compliance across multiple hospitals and outpatient locations. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to executive leadership with organization-wide impact.Role OverviewThe Director of Accreditation will oversee continuous survey readiness, coordinate mock surveys and tracers, guide leaders on regulatory standards, and serve as the organization's subject-matter expert for accreditation compliance.
