This is an entry to mid level position with the opportunity and room for professional and monetary growth following our Operations Labor Model.\n\nDevelopmental opportunities and growth as identified by the business. Opportunity for career progression from entry-level to Team Leader!\n\nFirst shift hours are 7 AM to 3 PM Second shift hours are 3 PM to 12 AM\n\nMachine Operators will be responsible for the following tasks:\n\nAssisting on mill operation to produce products as laid out by production planning\nSupport performance of daily maintenance on machinery; report any damage or problems to the Production Supervisor/Team Lead.\nUnderstand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.\nWork safely, in accordance with Company Safety Policy.\nWears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
