This role will focus on building scalable business applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, while partnering with technical and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Experience supporting federal government, DoD, defense, regulated, or other highly secure environments is highly valued. The selected candidate will eventually be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.Develop scalable canvas and model-driven applications based on business requirements.Build complex Power Automate workflows and business process automations.Design and maintain Dataverse data models, relationships, security roles, and business logic.Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and DAX calculations.Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, Azure services, databases, and other enterprise systems.Support application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes.Follow Power Platform development, security, governance, and coding best practices.Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.Participate in code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and production releases.Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.Contribute to technical standards and best practices across the Power Platform environment.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of hands-on software/application development experience.3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.Strong experience with one or more of the following: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.Experience developing and deploying enterprise applications and automation solutions.Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, or cloud technologies.Experience with ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar development tools.Strong understanding of application development, testing, debugging, and deployment practices.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.Clearance RequirementCandidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
