You will play a critical role in monitoring workflows, material availability, and production floor execution while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your efforts will directly support smooth operations, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across manufacturing.\r\nYou Will\r\nPlan, release, and maintain production schedules to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines\r\nMonitor production workflows and material flow on the production floor to ensure alignment with plans\r\nCoordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to resolve scheduling or material constraints\r\nTrack production progress and identify risks or bottlenecks impacting output\r\nUse ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, inventory status, and production data\r\nCommunicate schedule changes, priorities, and issues clearly to stakeholders\r\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow efficiency\r\nMust Have\r\nExperience in production planning, scheduling, or production control within a manufacturing environment\r\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\r\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments\r\nProven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving production issues\r\nFluency in ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and material management\r\nAbility to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\r\nBenefits & Compensation\r\nSalary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 + Equity\r\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\r\n401(k) with company match\r\nPaid time off and holidays\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer\r\n1X is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
