If you have hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, we want to talk to you.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nInstall, program, test, and fix fire alarm systems, panels, and devices\r\nCheck systems on a regular schedule to make sure everything works\r\nFind and fix problems when a system isn't working right\r\nWrite down what you find, what you fixed, and when you did it\r\nRead building plans, wiring diagrams, and spec sheets\r\nWork with project managers, inspectors, and customers as needed\r\nFollow all fire and electrical codes local, state, and national\r\nKeep your tools, test equipment, and work vehicle in good shape\r\nAnswer basic questions and show customers how their system works\r\nFollow all safety rules and OSHA requirements on every job\r\nWhat You Need\r\nHigh school diploma or GED\r\nExperience installing and servicing fire alarm systems\r\nKnowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 70, and local fire codes\r\nAbility to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings\r\nGood at finding and fixing problems\r\nValid driver's license with a clean record\r\nAbility to pass a background check\r\nNice to Have\r\nNICET Fire Alarm certification (any level)\r\nState or local fire alarm license\r\nExperience with brands like Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier, Simplex, or Edwards\r\nLow-voltage electrical experience\r\nGood people skills and comfort talking with customers\r\nWhy Work Here\r\nWe were just named one of Inc.
