Every panel that ships goes through you first.Electrical design of industrial control panels to UL508A standards: schematics, layouts, and BOMsTranslate customer specs and single-lines into complete, code-compliant, buildable design packagesBuild macros and templates to improve engineering throughput as volume scalesWork directly with customers when design questions come up. No layers between you and the work.EPLAN is our primary tool.Own the quoting process: review incoming specs, scope projects, and estimate engineering hours and BOM costsWhat We NeedHands-on experience designing industrial control panels that have passed UL508A listing inspectionProficiency in EPLAN or another database-driven ECAD platform. AutoCAD Electrical is a strong secondary.The ability to take a set of customer requirements and produce a complete, buildable design package independentlyComfort with 480VAC power distribution and low-voltage control circuitsNice to HaveExperience with UL698A (hazardous locations)Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Eaton, or other common industrial componentsBackground at a panel shop, systems integrator, or OEMWhat We Are Not Looking ForA specific degree. If you can do the work, we do not care how you learned it.Someone who needs a large team around them to function. We are small and moving fast.Why Join NowThis is a founding engineering role.
