You will partner closely with the Director to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to key programs, ensuring work is clearly prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time.\n\nThis role requires strong ownership, a bias toward action, and the ability to solve problems in real time as they arise. It is not responsible for system design or development, but for ensuring systems and platforms are successfully delivered and adopted across the business.\n\nYou will play a central role in executing large-scale system, platform, and process optimization initiatives, working closely with Technology, Platform, and IT Operations teams.\n\nThis role sits at the intersection of business execution and system enablement.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nDrive Program Execution\nSupport day-to-day execution of key programs, including large-scale system, platform, and IT-related rollouts\nManage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams\nTrack progress against plan and drive accountability across stakeholders\nIdentify risks early and escalate with clear options and recommendations\nCoordinate cross-functional dependencies across platform, IT, external partners, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery\n\nCreate Visibility & Structure\nMaintain program plans, dashboards, and reporting in a centralized system (e.g., Smartsheet)\nEnsure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business goals\nPrepare and support weekly and monthly program reviews\nProvide clear, concise updates to stakeholders\n\nCoordinate Across Teams\nPartner with platform, IT, and business teams to drive alignment and execution across system and process initiatives\nFacilitate working sessions and cross-functional meetings\nEnsure decisions are documented and next steps are clear\nFollow through to ensure execution stays on track\n\nSupport Platform & IT Initiatives\nSupport rollout and drive adoption of core business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HRIS)\nPartner with IT Operations to coordinate system access, readiness, and deployment activities\nTranslate business requirements into actionable tasks and timelines\nSupport testing, validation, and readiness activities prior to system and platform launches\nTrack adoption and usage of new systems and workflows post-launch\n\nSupport Delivery Operations\nImplement tools, templates, and processes defined by the Director\nContribute to building repeatable program management practices\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nPrograms are organized, on track, and progressing without constant intervention\nSuccessful rollout and adoption of systems and platforms with minimal disruption to the business\nStrong adoption and consistent usage of systems and workflows across teams\nClear, consistent visibility into progress, risks, and next steps\nStrong coordination across teams with minimal friction\nReliable execution that builds trust and confidence across the organization\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations\nExperience supporting system implementations, platform rollouts, or technology-related initiatives is preferred\nExperience working alongside platform, IT, or systems teams (not required to be hands-on technical)\nAbility to translate business needs into structured execution plans across systems and platforms\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nClear communicator who can keep teams aligned and informed\nComfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure where needed\nExperience with program management tools\nStrong problem solver with a bias toward action.
