The ideal candidate will have expertise in network systems and possess strong technical skills to support our organization's network infrastructure.\r\nDuties:\r\n- Install network hardware and software\r\n- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support\r\n- Collaborate with IT team members to optimize network usage\r\n- Perform routine maintenance on network equipment\r\n- Able to run, terminate & test CAT5/6 cable\r\nQualifications:\r\n- Proficiency in Windows OS\r\n- Experience with desktop support and software troubleshooting\r\n- Knowledge of firewall, switch & other network configurations and computer hardware\r\n- Strong technical support skills in resolving network-related issues\r\n- Familiarity with remedy systems for ticketing and incident management\r\n- Willing to travel and overnight travel sometimes several days.
